Hey, I’m Kristi!

Registered Dietitian, wellness coach, and someone who’s all about real results without the rigid rules. I specialize in weight management, bariatric nutrition, women’s health, heart health, and performance-focused eating, and I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Exercise Science and Human Performance.

My passion for this work is personal. I’ve lived through the cycle of yo-yo dieting, the frustration of not seeing progress, and the confusion of trying to do everything “right” and still feeling stuck. That’s why I’m so committed to helping others take a smarter, more sustainable approach to their health and fitness.

I believe in science, strategy, and flexibility. You won’t find rigid rules or generic meal plans here - just real talk, evidence-based guidance, and a focus on what actually works for your goals.

During this session, the dietitian will review your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any lab work or medical concerns. Together, you’ll establish realistic objectives and create a personalized nutrition strategy tailored to your body composition goals. This session sets the foundation for long-term success, ensuring your program is safe, effective, and sustainable.

  • A structured 12-week program designed to help you lose fat and build lean muscle simultaneously. Led by a registered dietitian, this plan includes personalized nutrition guidance, high-protein meal planning, and progressive strength training. Weekly check-ins ensure accountability, track body composition changes, and make adjustments as needed. Ideal for individuals seeking a sustainable, science-based approach to reshaping their body without extreme diets.

  • A free 15 minute phone call to explore your goals, challenges, and how working with a dietitian can support your health journey. Whether you're interested in a structured program or one-on-one nutrition appointments, this call helps determine the best fit for your needs. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, learn about the process, and see if we're a good match—no pressure, just a supportive conversation to help you get started.
